As owner and founder IBA Champion Victor heads up the team at the Essex Fight Academy. Victor has fought 27 semi pro fights with 25 wins 1 loss 1 draw. Victor is also a boxing promoter, boxing manager as well as being a sought after coach and trainer at the British Boxing Association.
Terry the Tan
I’m 43 and have been boxing since I was 8 years old. I have 35 years experience in boxing had over 100 amateur fights and 120 IBA fights winning 9 titles and I also boxed for a world title. I’ve been a personal trainer for six years and have a big client base of men, woman and kids. My main skill is with training people to box. I also have a lot of experience in weight loss nutrition and strength training, cardio and weight training. I always get my clients what they want out of their training including the look they want. I have trained a lot of fighters up to winning world titles and a range of other titles. I’m available for one to one and group training at good rates. I run kids classes and bootcamps and will always give 100% to anyone I train. I also train a lot of TV stars from ‘TOWIE’™ and new client ‘Ex on the Beach’™ star Conner Hunter.

I’m 47 years of age and I’ve been boxing from the age of 11. I’ve had 23 Aba fights and won 18 of them, mainly stoppages, thanks god because they wanted to tear my head off…lol
I turned pro in 1992 and had one fight and ko the guy in the second round. Unfortunately after this I had a a motorcycle accident which brought my professional career to a halt.
Since then I have been a London Aba coach, and have trained a number of boxers to become Aba champions. At the Essex Fight Academy I continue with the same passion helping my clients achieve their goals.
For over 15 years I have worked within the Fitness Industry. From starting out in a small health food store, to working for a major sport supplement distributor, and now to my current status as personal trainer & class instructor.
By working in various parts of this industry I have gained extensive knowledge that I know I can pass on to you. Whether your aim is to lose weight, gain lean muscle or improve your current level of health and fitness, I can help you achieve your goals by employing various training and nutritional methods tailored to your needs.
I have a passion for using different training tools to improve wellbeing and performance. These include using Kettlebells, Barbells, Dumbbells and your own Bodyweight to keep training interesting.
